Gary Willett

Executive Director and Co-Founder

Education:
BA in Biblical Studies, emphasis in Missiology, Criswell College
Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary; Rockbridge Seminary

Bio:
In 1984, Gary experienced an amazing rescue – Jesus pulled him out of a cesspool of messes and began to transform him into someone with peace, hope and purpose. Since then, he has sought to be His Ambassador, helping to reconcile the world to the Savior. For 31 years, he has served as a Pastor (eight years in youth ministry, eighteen years as a lead pastor, and for the past five years as an executive pastor.) For 26 years, he has participated in numerous home and international mission trips, and from 2013-2015, he served as the Strategy Director of Bolivia for e3 Partners.

Through a series of God-directed activities, Gary has been led to help start and lead New Life Global Ministries and is aggressively seeking to join the Lord of the Harvest in experiencing a Disciple Making Movement/Church Planting Movement in this world. Understanding that followers of Christ follow Christ, Gary desires to be a disciple that makes more multiplying disciples – here, there and everywhere – one step at a time.

Rick Ware

Global Operations Director and Co-Founder

Education:
Degree - Criminal Justice, Los Angeles Community College; Biblical Studies, Washington Bible College
 
Bio:
After having retired as a Senior Executive with the US Treasury Dept. Internal Revenue Service, and having served over 37 years in an exemplary IRS career, Rick is now fully focused on serving his Savior. At age 14, Rick received Christ one July evening seated around a campfire service at a church camp.  God showed him how sinful his indifference to the things of Christ were that night and he surrendered his life to Christ.  While he certainly has had his ups and downs in his spiritual walk, he is constantly seeking to be His Ambassador.  Throughout his life, he has had the privilege to serve Christ as a Sunday School teacher, Youth Director, and Church Leader.
 
After his first mission trip to the country of Bolivia in 2012, God began a work in his heart and has called him to help stand up New Life Global Ministries.  He has been on numerous mission trips since then and was also called in 2013 to serve with a mission organization as the US Director for the country of Bolivia.  Rick is seeking to be obedient to the calling of Christ to make disciples that make disciples – here, there and everywhere – wherever God may lead Him as a part of the executive team of New Life Global Ministries.

Abigail McFarland, RN

Missionary | Support Services Director

Bio:
As a child, Abigail accepted Christ into her life and was gifted with a passion for helping others. The Lord brought clarity to this passion at the age of 13 when she went on her first international mission trip and also at the age of 21 when she became a Registered Nurse.  Through the years, this love for the nations and helping others has only grown. Shortly before she and Ryan married, they began praying for God to lead them into a ministry to serve Him together and it didn't take Him long to answer.  Because of God's divine leading, Abigail gets to use her passion for the nations and helping others as a part of New Life Global Ministries.  She is thrilled to fulfill her lifelong desire of caring for those far from God and making disciples – here, there, and everywhere!

Ryan McFarland

Missionary | Administration Director

Education:
BA Communication & New Media, Shepherd University

Bio:
Ryan grew up in the church with very little understanding of the grace and freedom found in Jesus. He knew all of the rules but knew nothing about a relationship with Jesus. This led him to make a flood of self-seeking life choices and create one wreck of a life. At the age of 16, Jesus changed everything and rescued Ryan from the self-seeking mess he had created.

Two weeks after this miraculous rescue, God called Ryan into ministry and he began to seek where God wanted to use him. God provided clarity through a passion to reach the nations when Ryan experienced his first international mission trip in 2011. While serving as a local church pastor, he and Abigail prayed for God to lead them to a ministry to fulfill their desire to reach the nations. Through events that only God could control, he led them to New Life Global Ministries. Ryan is overwhelmed with how God is using him and will continue to use him to simply make disciples – here, there, and everywhere!

Jeanne Ware

Missionary | Prayer Director

Education:
Los Angeles City College; Biblical Studies, Washington Bible College.

Bio:
After living a “religious” life, Jesus pursued Jeanne's heart with the truth of the gospel that showed her she had made some poor choices in her life and they had consequences.  But He also showed her He loved her so much that He sent His Son, Jesus, to take the punishment for those poor choices. Instead of being “religious,” in 1975, Jeanne began to pursue a "relationship" with God.  She found forgiveness, great joy, purpose and thankfulness!  In the early years, Jeanne led Children's Church Ministry and Teen Girl's Sunday School Class.  From there, God called her to ministry in Christian Education as an Administrative Assistant to the Principals of two Christian Schools, one for almost 15 years and the other for 5 years, retiring early because of health issues.

In 2011, at the age of 58, God called a physically challenged, reluctant, scared Jesus follower to go on her first Mission trip.  Jeanne is so thankful she chose obedience over fear!  God drew her heart to command to "Go!" and she has been going ever since!  Early on, God gave Jeanne a passion for prayer and praying for others.  In 2013, Jeanne was called by God to accept a position with a mission organization as a Prayer Coordinator. Then in 2015, God called Jeanne to a brand new ministry – New Life Global Ministries.  Jeanne is not perfect, but seeks to be obedient to Jesus and “follow HIM,” making disciples who will make disciples – here, there and everywhere – desiring to give her all to the ONE who gave HIS ALL!

Tracy Willett

Missionary | Ministry Partner Development Director

Education:

Bio:
Tracy grew up in Georgia and even though she attended church when growing up, she never had a relationship with Jesus.  It was not until she was a college student that she actually met young people who said they loved Jesus and lived a different life than anything she had seen before. She realized that there was something missing from her life – and finally surrendered her heart to Jesus and committed her life to Him in 1987.  She and Gary have been serving in Pastoral Ministry together ever since they married, all the while, believing that one day God would use them to reach the nations.

From the very early days, they pursued ways to be involved in reaching people, never on a full-time basis, but through short-term mission trips to various countries.  All through those years, God was preparing them for their present task with New Life Global Ministries.  Tracy is excited to see how God moves and uses her in the years ahead to make a difference in the lives of people – here, there and everywhere!
